back to it

we’ve gotten back to our daily p90x schedule after our unexpected travels. even with the week-and-a-half break, i still feel stronger and have more stamina. i usually HATE plyometrics. i was really not looking forward to it today. but it actually wasn’t as bad as before. 🙂  plus, i haven’t even put a single pound back on. i’d thoroughly expected to, as we always eat horribly (read: lots of extremely yummy food) when we go to texas. i’m pretty proud of myself. i’ve even got a war wound: rug burn on my knee from doing push-ups. lol. if i learned to do them the non-wimpy way, i wouldn’t have this problem. 😉
